What We Are
KF Homeowners Association II Inc. is one of the oldest HOAs in North Carolina. Our association represents the interests of more than 1,100 homeowners, and is overseen by an elected Board of Directors in conjunction with William Douglas Management.
Our association has created several committees designated to handle specific responsibilities, including the Architectural Review, Greenways, and Lakes & Streams committees.
